Cliff brings over 20 years of senior HR leadership experience in global companies, having supported leaders across cultures and industries through coaching and learning programmes. Following the hugely successful launch of the community shop and café in 2023, he is delighted to join the army of amazing volunteers helping to serve the local community. As a director with a focus on HR and organisational matters, Cliff draws on his background in leadership, organisation development, and facilitation to support the continued growth of the enterprise and the people who make it thrive.
